Reverend Steven C. Brown is an esteemed author of many books of inspiration and prose, a Christ-sent inspiration, multiple near death survivor … and is terminally ill. Meeting the Reverend Steven C. Brown will lift you hopes and fill your spirit.
The Reverend Steven C. Brown and his wife, Marilyn have become a source of God’s strength and loves in my own life. We met through a LinkedIn group created for Near Death Experience Survivors and those who have shared near death experiences with loved ones. I thought my own near death experience, shared near-death experience and research could not be enriched as much as it has been. Then, I met the Reverend Steven C. Brown.
Reverend Brown is one of the greatest inspirations in Christ, life and faith, a five or more times near death survivor, mutiple books and prose author, which includes his reviewed and highly-acclaimed works, “The Sacred Blood of a Child,” eight volumes of prose and poetry and an action-suspense novel published through an Amazon company and distributed by Amazon.com as well as other international distributors. You can also check out “Good Reads” selections for Charles Benjamin Steele.
He is currently working on his new book, “All God’s Angels, Good and Bad,” and author of his unpublished, until now, autobiography, “The Arms of Christ.” May you be as blessed as I was in knowing the Reverend Steven C. Brown and reading the books of his pen-name Charles Benjamin Steele, available at Amazon.com.
Taking a heart-felt and courageous statement from Reverend Steven’s introduction, “Most of my books were inspired by the Holy Spirit while I served as Chaplain behind the bars of our local jails and prisons. I served in that capacity for twelve years and then another eight years as Chaplain to an Evangelical motorcycle ministry by the name of Christian Motorcyclists’’ Ministry or CMA. I left this position after a tragic accident where my Harley threw me off and then ran over my chest, crushing it and further accentuating my chronic lung disease. I am now Stage Four COPD (terminal) but my wife, Marilyn and I chuckle at the gloom others portray at my condition, and take the opportunity to explain that the Lord will determine when my time on earth is finished, not the doctors.” Yes, the Reverend Steven C. Brown is terminal, but as he says, we all are terminal and living our lives through Christ Jesus one day at a time.”
There is a common theme within those of us who have experienced near death experiences – the majority of we survivors no longer have a fear of death. Of course, we want to live long full lives, sharing God’s Love, Peace, and Light and enjoying His creations and our relationships in a whole new light. Most of us seem to know all strangers as part of a common silver thread that runs throughout all humanity and God’s creations. We know what we know and we understand what is needed to help others. That touch of what lies beyond life is that wondrous spark to live our lives in The Word and spreading His Love and Healing. As it is with Reverend Steven Brown, Our eye is on the prize of God’s promise of eternal life with Him in Heaven and Reverend Steven Brown’s life, experiences, books and writings which are the most beautiful examples of this gift.
Reverend Steven Brown’s auto-biography alone will humble you with the strength through his martial arts level achieved, experiences gained as a police officer, emergency medical technician, motorcycle ministry, chaplaincy and theologian. But his all-encompassing love, strength, faith and insight has been reached through God and spreading His word through his books and writing and sharing his inspiring experiences with our Lord through his many near death experiences as well.
With this in mind, Reverend Steven C. Brown’s life experiences, authorship under his pen name and Amazon.com. author page, Charles Benjamin Steele, must be told. www.charlesbenjaminsteele.com.) This will be a miniseries of articles in this column, respectfully, with his own words and through my correspondence and interviews with one of the greatest inspirations to life, near death experiences, death and beyond this earthbound existence.
