Omniaplast snapcaps for the hunter

by tape unit

Omniaplast an Italian manufacturer of extremely good snap caps, fabricated in plastic with a coil spring inside and a brass insert where one would find the primer. The brass insert is attached to a plunger that in turn is connected to the spring, such that every time the firing pin strikes the insert it compresses the spring, thus ensuring the same degree of protection to the firing pin on each dry fire.

In our testing the Omniaplast “Traditions” snap caps are incredible, smooth loading similar in weight the real thing, but at the same time durable, made from high impact plastic with brass inserts and steel springs, and cycle perfectly. Additionally the firing pin striking the brass insert causes no damage, and yet reduces wear and tear of the firing pin, with same results each time.
