Now you and your family can experience and be part of a thrilling Old West adventure when you become a passenger on Lebanon Mason Monroe (LM&M) Railroad’s Great Train Robbery excursion on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19 in Lebanon, Ohio.
Great Train Robbery Passengers get the opportunity to “travel back in time” as they ride alongside gold prospectors departing out of Lebanon to a connection which will take them to Yuma, Arizona. It is rumored that the prospectors will be carrying large quantities of gold. Could the prospectors become targets of the Big Iron Rangers, a notorious gang of train robbers? Will they be able to defend their gold?
The Great Train Robbery excursion includes a shootout (as the train travels down 16 miles of track) and a train robbery. Passengers will also get the chance to interact with re-enactors from the Wild West.
Departing from the Lebanon Train Station at 10 a.m., 12:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. (both Saturday and Sunday), this 1 hour, 45 minute event will have one layover at LM&M Junction. Boarding will begin 10 minutes before each departure time.
Concessions will be available for purchase on the train.
Price for the Great Train Robbery is $18.50 for adults, $15.50 for seniors (62+), $15.50 for children (5-16) and $8.50 for toddlers (2-4). Children ages 1 and under are free.
