After the Zach Braff Kickstarter phenomenon (if there is over two million dollars out there to fully fund his Kickstarter project in only three days, there must be money out there for other projects to fully fund), it seemed apparent that a contributing factor to creating a fully funded Kickstarter project is expanding the number of people exposed to the project. The more potential backers that know about a project, more possibility a project will be fully funded. With that in mind this article is about sharing some of the Kickstarter projects that
- are art in L.A. related,
- are not yet fully funded, and
- are slated for funding ends date in the next seven days or so.
The projects listed here are not in any particular order, nor is your examiner technically endorsing them. The intent here is simply to add a little more exposure to these projects. The choice to back a project is totally your own. All projects accept a $1 minimum pledge. Imagine what all of our collective dollar bills can do.
Now that the fine print is out of the way, here are this article’s spotlighted Kickstarter projects:
“Pen to Paper: My Imaginary Friend” Children’s Book. (Photo for the project is the main photo displayed with this article.) This project is a collaboration between 826LA Kids, who wrote the words, and professional artists, who contributed the illustrations.
