Those able to juice apples, oranges and other fruits at home that will include the entire fruit might make a huge difference when it comes to nutrition and the health of those enjoying the end result. Children do learn what they live.
The amount of sugar in fruit juice with additives, such as high fructose corn syrup, dextrose and other sweeteners can be as high as a can of soda. Adults are usually not in favor of giving children soda because of the average 39 grams of sugar in one 12 ounce can.
